Refund Policy

First-time purchase: If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have used fewer than 5 AI practice sessions.

Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you did not intend to renew, cancel your subscription before the renewal date in your account settings to avoid being charged.

Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.

Annual plans: Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. No refund is available after 7 days.

AI practice sessions are consumed at the time of use and are non-refundable once used. If a technical error on our platform causes a session to fail before completion, we will restore the credit to your account within 24 hours.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@yiyanenglish.com with subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your registered email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request.
3. For session refunds, include the session ID (found in your Bookings page).

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge or session date.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method:

• WeChat Pay / Alipay: Typically 1–3 business days after approval.
• Bank card (Stripe): Typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
